AI Visibility Tracking for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini

AI visibility tracking for the questions your buyers actually ask.

AURALIS asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode and Grok the questions people type before they have heard of you, then records whether each engine names you, how it describes you, and who it names instead.

What is AI visibility tracking?

AI visibility tracking measures how often AI answer engines mention, recommend or cite your brand when people ask about your category. It is the AI equivalent of rank tracking, but instead of recording where a link sits on a results page, it records the answer itself.

For every prompt, a tracker stores whether your brand was named, where in the answer it appeared, how it was described, which competitors appeared next to it and which sources the engine relied on. Repeated over time, that shows whether your visibility is rising or falling on each engine.

The prompts matter more than the tool. If you only ask an engine about your brand by name, it will almost always know you. The useful test is the question a buyer asks when they do not know you yet, such as "best crm for a 20 person sales team".

From your category to a score, in four steps.

  1. Tell us your category: Add your brand, your website and the competitors you already know about. That is all the setup there is.
  2. We build the prompt set: 20 to 50 unbranded questions per category, written the way buyers phrase them. You can edit, add or remove prompts at any time.
  3. Every prompt runs on every engine: Each prompt is asked of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode and Grok, in each country and language you sell in, and every answer is stored word for word.
  4. You see where you are missing: Each answer is scored, rolled into an AuraScore out of 100, and the prompts where a competitor is named and you are not are flagged first.

What your team gets.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI engines do you track?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode and Grok. The Free plan covers ChatGPT and Gemini, and paid plans cover all of them.

How is this different from a Perplexity or Gemini rank tracker?

A single-engine rank tracker tells you about one engine. Buyers use several, and the engines often disagree. AURALIS runs the same prompts on every engine side by side, so you can see where you are strong and where you are missing.

Do you track branded or unbranded prompts?

Mainly unbranded ones: the category questions buyers ask before they know your name. Those are where brands win or lose new customers. You can add branded prompts as well if you want to check how engines describe you.

How often are prompts re-run?

Weekly on the Free plan, daily on Starter, hourly on Growth and continuously on Scale. You can also re-run a prompt by hand at any time.

Can I track visibility in other countries and languages?

Yes. Each project has the markets and languages it sells in, and prompts are asked in each of them, because engines give different answers in different places.
